Mr. Edwin Ortiz

Edwin Ortiz earned his B.A. in Theology from Loyola University Maryland where he also received a professional certificate in Administration and Supervision. After completing his undergraduate education, he pursued his M.A.T in Foreign Languages from Notre Dame of Maryland University. After starting his career as a classroom teacher at Calvert Hall College High School, he proceeded to serve as a Campus Minister guided under the Lasallian charism. His vocation led him back to New York City, where he served as Director of Campus Ministry at Regis High School reigniting his commitment to Ignatian Spirituality. Edwin serves on the Board of Directors of the Fleischer Foundation, an organization committed to the education and personal development of students in Nairobi, Kenya. With 15 years of experience in Jesuit Education, he continues to empower students to enhance their sense of service and justice while Finding God in All Things. He looks forward to animating the Chez Nous community under the spirit of Anne de Xainctonge and St. Ignatius.
