Dr. Virginia O'Brien, S.U.

Dr. O'Brien, known at Chez Nous as Sister Virginia, has been at Notre Dame School in various roles as a teacher, school counselor, psychologist and president for a combined total of almost thirty years. In addition, she has also taught in grammar school, college and graduate school. For several years she has had a private practice in psychology on the Upper West Side. Dr. O'Brien received her B.A. in English from the College of Mt. St. Vincent, M.A. in Religious Counseling from Fairfield University and Ph.D in Psychology from Fordham University.
