Lydie Kane received a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in French from Mary Washington University in Fredericksburg, Virginia and a dual Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing/English from Brooklyn College in NY. "As an alumna of Chez Nous, I am honored to again be in the company of some of the finest educators in New York City. I can still remember my high school English classes, when Notre Dame was on St. Mark's Place. My teachers' enthusiasm for the subject shaped my love of literature."
